Source code is private. Walkthroughs are available on request.
Business impact
Replaced manual reporting and scattered tools with automations inside the platform the agency is permitted to automate, cutting manual work in KPI reporting, training and finance tracking.
Problem
Operations reporting and staff tools lived in manual spreadsheets and bookmarks, and the carrier-managed Microsoft 365 environment blocks macros and add-ins.
Solution
Delivered focused automations in the Google environment the agency is permitted to automate, cutting manual work in reporting, training and finance tracking.

- Spend tracker: CSV import, formula repair and a custom menu for a multi-source spend workbook
- Quick-Launch Hub: a web-app portal embedded in the team intranet (v1.2, 2026-09-22)
